Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds

Shipping

  • We ship across India.
  • Shipping is ₹60 per order, and free on orders above ₹999.
  • Ready-made items usually ship within 2–4 working days. Printed and personalised items need 3–7 working days to make before they ship.
  • You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns & replacements

  • If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item, and we'll replace it.
  • Personalised and custom-printed items (custom posters, name labels, stickers, Polaroids, custom gifts) are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a printing mistake on our side.
  • Games and ready-made items can be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order yourself within 6 hours of placing it: open the order from your confirmation email (or My account → Orders) and tap Cancel order.
  • After that, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped, and personalised items that are already being printed, can't be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds for cancelled orders, and for items that arrive damaged or wrong (if a replacement isn't possible), are paid in full to your original payment method — UPI, card or netbanking.
  • We start the refund within 2–3 working days. Your bank usually shows it within 5–7 working days after that.
  • You'll get an email when the refund is started, and the order page shows its status.
